Designed for members living outside the city, busy professionals, event athletes, retirees, and home gym users, our Remote Training Program brings personalised coaching directly to you.

REMOTE TRAINING INVESTMENT FROM $66 PER WEEK
Before you start any of our programs, you get a FREE 30-minute chat.
We’ll discuss why you want to work with us, your background (trauma or training), and your specific needs and goals.
Then we’ll develop a personal training schedule and program for you.
Choose from face-to-face or online - whichever works best for you! (It’s just another way we put your needs above all else 🙂)
At Better With Sarah, we don’t do cookie-cutter approaches.
All of our personal training programs have subscription or casual payment options.
